Goat Producers from across North Dakota met in April of 2005 to began to organize an association for the purpose
of promoting the goat (all types). In July, another meeting was held at the North Dakota State Fair and the North
Dakota Goat Associaton was formed. Officers were elected. Curt Stanley was elected President. Melissa
Slaughter was elected Treasure and Deanna Haley was elected Secretary. The last meeting was held in November.
Goat producers are invited to join the North Dakota Goat Association. For more information about the North Dakota
